Best of Rabat in one day!
We will pick you up at the agreed time at your hotel in Casablanca to follow the coast towards the north towards Rabat, Capital of the Kingdom of Morocco.
As soon as you arrive, you will notice the beauty of this city classified as a World Heritage Site since 2012 thanks to its old town. You can stroll through the historic center and discover the rich cultural heritage of this Moroccan city. You will visit the main esplanade, where the mausoleum of Mohammed V and the Hassan tower, minaret of what was to be the largest mosque in the world, are located.
However, it is only a series of large columns, as the mosque was never completed due to the death of Sultan Ya’qub al-Mansur. Near the Tower is the Kasbah of the Oudayas, a citadel made up of narrow streets and blue and white houses similar to those of the beautiful city of Chaouen.
At the end of your visit to Rabat and before returning to Casablanca, you will have free time to taste Arabic specialties in one of the restaurants in the city.
